Wildlife Guide in your Classroom

If travel costs or time limitations prevent you from visiting Taiaroa Head, Kate Hewson, a Wildlife Guide at Taiaroa Head, will visit your classroom. Kate was one of only four people selected for an exclusive volunteer programme at the world's largest Albatross Colony on Midway Atoll, in the Hawaiian Islands. Hear about her Albatross encounters and find out how plastic rubbish is affecting seabirds all over the world. Click here for school programme details.
