Another One Hits the HarbourssAnother albatross chick fell into the Harbour this afternoon after launching itself from Taiaroa Head. DoC rangers Lyndon Perriman and Colin Facer quickly responded to the call for help and the bird was plucked out of the water within an hour then taken directly out to sea and set free. Many thanks to the local gentleman from 68 Golf Course Road Otakou who rang for it to be rescued.
